In September, Gea Seeds was presented to cannabis community at the 5th edition of Expogrow in Irún, a fair which has grown to become a sector reference in Spain, and, gradually, in Europe. Rainy Gipuzkoa days contrasted with the warm welcome by all the attendees and partners: Gea Seeds is here to stay.
Once again, Expogrow Fair was celebrated at Ficoba auditorium, venue with more than 5,000 sq m in 4 pavillions, and 7,000 outdoor sq m, with 165 stands from specialized companies; about 17,000 people – about 50% were French people.

On Friday, the 16th, to get started, there was a B2B session – Business to Business, just for professionals – where we shared experiences and ideas about our sector, we talked to old acquaintances and we built contacts for present and future business; at noon, the start gun went, and the fair was open for general public. The attendees were gradually arriving to our stand; they realized Gea Seeds is a different seed bank, since we offer quality at real prices, we are willing to make the difference and, mainly, we have a revolutionary project in our hands. Besides, along this journey, all the attendees could also listen to the different talks of Cannabis Social and International Forum V, and enjoy the organized outdoor activities; in the evening, Cannabis Cup V prizes were awarded, and there were spectacular concerts of artists like Tomasito or Biga Ranx.
On Saturday, the 17th, the fair attendance was massive, with many French people; we kept working to show who we are and what we have: seeing our beautiful Greek stand crowded all-day-long was incredible. In the evening, Expogrow prizes awards and two great concerts, enjoying El Langui’s performance and vibrating with Muchachito’s show.

On Sunday, the 18th, the last day seemed quiet, but nothing could be more untrue; the flow did not slow down, closing fruitful businesses and adding people and companies to our current and prospective customers. Most of the attendees were French, so they took advantage of that wonderful day, attending the fair and having a good time.

Summarizing, we came back tired, although happy, and satisfied with the finished work; almost the complete Gea Seeds team could enjoy an unforgettable weekend, laughing, dancing, meeting lots of people and sharing information about our beloved plant: a fruitful, rewarding weekend – we just want to thank everybody for their good treatment and welcoming attitude.
