Shipments are made within 24 hours of receipt of payment in the bank account. The delivery time starts from the dispatch of the shipment and is counted in working days, so that within the deadlines are not counted weekends and public holidays.
Shipments are made on the peninsula by both MRW and ASM courier companies. To the rest of destinations, the shipments are made with ASM or Correos, in the case of Canary Islands. The sending of an order in which payment has been made through the virtual POS will be carried out as soon as the payment is made to the bank account of the EQT Group, a transaction that depends on the bank and not on Gea Seeds, being able to be made immediately or up to 48 hours.

Shipping is done discreetly: orders are always placed in a brown padded envelope, which in turn travels inside an envelope of the courier company So there is no reference or distinctive about the seed bank.
In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it is essential that the customer provides their NIF/CIF number to appear on the invoice and manage the shipment.
Under no circumstances shall Gea Seeds be held responsible for any delays and delays caused by the transport company, as well as for any shipments confiscated or retained in Customs, nor for any delays or other expenses that may be caused by them. Orders must be paid by bank transfer or deposit. It is important to include in the concept the order number provided at the end of the order.

For transfers made from outside the peninsula, remember that the transfer must be ordered in Euros. Banking and exchange rates are charged to the customer. The order will be considered to have been made when the bank details of the transfer are known.

Within 7 working days from receipt of the order, without claiming any cause, as long as the product remains in its original seal, without damage or breakage. In this case, a refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the order by the customer. If there are payments with a card that has not been identified by the cardholder, the charge will be immediately cancelled, and the amount paid as soon as possible. However, if the cardholder buys the card, he or she will be liable to Ecommerce and Quality Trading S. L. U. for compensation for damages caused because of the cancellation.
If the reason for the return was due to defective goods or discrepancies between the order and the receipt of the goods, Ecommerce and Quality Trading S. L.
